In bioresource engineering. Which is a mix of engineering, water, soil, agriculture, and food sciences, and then to the extreme at which I would take it, nutrition.

It only took 6 years, but I’m finally going into something that may have some sort of application to the real world, and I may actually be able to start making a difference in the way I know I need to.
